alleged criminal behavior by our military personnel in Japan--not because there's nothing to say about them, but because my attention is distracted by other things. My project in Taipei requires a lot of attention. That's mostly a good thing, but it means that at the end of the day, I'm not exactly champing at the bit to spend more time at the computer.
